I work in the Home Office in Lebanon, TN and the environment here is amazing. Our campus is beautiful, the people work hard but are really friendly and helpful, and you have a lot of opportunity to learn new skills. Anything that I have asked to be involved in I have been given the opportunity to do. My resume is growing stronger every day but I hope to never need it and can stay here for a long time. We have a respectful culture and pleasant environment here.

If Management would show that when needed, they would get in there with the rest of us and get their hands dirty. But if they just sit in the office keeping the chair warm and won’t even leave the chair to call someone to the office is a sign of lazy poor management.
