About 4 months for a manger position. There were a few phone screens and one in person panel interview with the team and hiring manager. I know we are working on decreasing that time to hire.

I went in for an interview at a hiring event. I got a job offer that day with a date for orientation, which was a week after the event. The week after the orientation I was in training. Overall, the process took about 2 weeks from date of hire to being fully integrated and working on my own and making my own tips.
