This is the worst job I’ve ever had . Pay is horrible & so is management . They lie to you about how much you will make & pay you half of that . & they won’t give you the proper training .

I just don’t recommend… they don’t take care of their employees and your always stressed. Also you never make the flag hours due to poor management. Just don’t….

You won't get a raise......ever. hourly employee, no raise. Commission employee, just sell more. Want holidays off? That's cute. Time with your family? The shop is your family now. Training? 20minutes is good right? Need help with something? Manager will do it for you without explaining anything or even letting you watch, then gets mad when you still don't know how to do it. Corporate is all about the money, and gives no flip about the employees. Management talks pretty, with no actions to back it up.

This place is the worst, the main line techs average out at 15 hours a week. Super underpaid and most of the time the jobs turn to "Free jobs". Super repetitive and got to deal with terrible management. There was only 3-4 people there that I enjoyed working with. I would not recommend this job to anyone. Management is LAZY, advisors are LAZY. They lie to customers and force us to up-sale everything you can think of. Hourly rate is terrible, flag time is terrible. Clocking 70+ hours weekly and only flagging maybe 25-30. DO NOT WORK HERE! I learned a decent amount about the automotive industry and lost a lot of time in my life. Turn over rate is insane, lacking of techs, Not organized at all. Also Be prepared to work all holidays, even though they say they are off on some. If the management is backed up due to laziness on the front end, expect to work 12+ hours a day everyday of the week.

Management is the absolute worst. Communication is horrible. Training is practically nonexistent. The pay is laughable. They talk so much negatively about everyone as soon as they aren’t in the room. Everyone but maybe 3 people are just toxic there. Don’t work here. Honestly.
