Ok place to work poor management
Welder (Former Employee) –  New Philadelphia, OHMarch 31, 2019
While this place could potentially be an ok place to work they are not fair to new employees meaning they don’t give you enough time to learn everything. They claim to give you 90 day probation period but if they don’t like you your gone in a week doesn’t matter how good of worker you are. Supervisors and management only care about there selves. As put by management her self you don’t matter because your still in your 90 days your replaceable all because of a family medical emergency. They don’t care about you. So I would never recommend them as a work place

Production/Manufacturing supervisor (Current Employee) –  Tulsa okMarch 18, 2015
Work life at Crane Carrier has been a rewarding experience. The most difficult part of my job as a supervisor was to identify motivating factors for each employee. I have found that motivating quality work from each individual is also the most enjoyable part of my job. Seeing the company excel when personal bests are achieved.

Manufacturing Manager (Current Employee) –  Tulsa, Okla.November 25, 2012
Our facility manufactures custom Class 6 and 8 truck chassis for the oil fields, water well drilling, city utilities and refuse, from raw steel to completed truck. Customer deadlines is the most challenging part of the day, seeing a completed chassis drive off is the most rewarding part of the manufacturing process. The most enjoyable part of the day is working with my peers and direct reports.
Pros
good benefits
Cons
7 day a week 24 hour a day enviroment.
