Train better the back of house . Provide them with all the SAFETY gear we need . Sometimes lifting over 50 pounds it’s not easy without the proper machines. Train your managers better so they can be more in control of the staff . Sometimes employees are looking for directions and every manager have a different opinion about the rules about the same task .
Make sure ac and elevators work properly , long shifts with no ac it’s really hard .

I still enjoy it after five years, but advancing is not always easy especially with the new structure within the company. The customers keep me coming back each day- they know C&B is always there for them when they have a problem. It keeps them coming back, too.
