Train better the back of house . Provide them with all the SAFETY gear we need . Sometimes lifting over 50 pounds it’s not easy without the proper machines. Train your managers better so they can be more in control of the staff . Sometimes employees are looking for directions and every manager have a different opinion about the rules about the same task .
Make sure ac and elevators work properly , long shifts with no ac it’s really hard .
Adjust pricing down on most products. Be more competitive price wise.
Fire the workers who call out and show up late every week for several months at a time. Give the workers who do a good job some recognition.
Find it's vision again: we've become a bit gimmicky in our products (e.g. pets, water bottles).
