Train better the back of house . Provide them with all the SAFETY gear we need . Sometimes lifting over 50 pounds it’s not easy without the proper machines. Train your managers better so they can be more in control of the staff . Sometimes employees are looking for directions and every manager have a different opinion about the rules about the same task .
Make sure ac and elevators work properly , long shifts with no ac it’s really hard .

I would take a closer look at the skill set of the corporate management. Some members of the management team have been with the company for a very long time however these individuals lock the basic management skills.
