If your office is your home. It's terrible. You have nobody to ask questions to.. your management in Franklin TN seemed offended when you asked basic questions on tech file questions or if you have computer problems... Your alone.. I'm sure after 6 months it's ok... But for the first 3 months I've never been more miserable than those 3 months in my entire career....

Reduce the reach of middle management to reduce the redundancy of a mistake being reported by up to 5 employees. Have team managers address the issue unless it becomes repetitive and requires the notice of higher levels.

Amazing. Everyone was very professional. You had autonomy within you authority. Management was very supportive. I even had the opportunity to cross train in Worker's Compensation when I wanted to. (do not wish to do that again).
