Great company for the young and hungry
Written by Agent/Executive Assistant (Former Employee) from New York, NY on July 11, 2018
Long work hours from 9:30AM-7:30PM (sometimes earlier or later), extremely low pay, culture can be great if you work with the right team and have the right manager, occasional happy hour, bagels in the morning but no snacks, HR not very helpful, clique-y environment. Great benefits, access to shows (ticket buys), good place to make connections.
Pros
Extremely low pay, long hours, no work/life balance
Cons
Great mentors, work with A-list talent and clients
