Cut half the redundant managers and put team-leads into a useful role. Implement operational excellence for real. Show ANY level of employee appreciation. Stop cutting pay and benefits. Hire enough people to cover the workload.

There is no sick leave. PTO is earned (VERY SLOWLY) and used to cover any sick days or if you can't make it in on the random schedule they put you on for that week.
