Very project-dependent experiences

Overall Credera has great culture, people, and opportunity, but your overall experience is very dependent on the project you are on. Work life balance can flex project over project, but overall Credera trumps other firms in this area.

The work and environment strongly depends on the project that you are put on. The will determine your growth, and the work you do (classic consulting). Overall, the people and culture is top notch, good compensation.

Great company. Consulting is fast pace and some projects require a lot of extra time. Great culture and lots of fun events. The company is growing like crazy.

They take themselves too seriously

I enjoyed parts of my time at Credera. But in the end I found the leadership to be self-absorbed and mainly out for themselves while paying lip service toward the betterment of those throughout the organization.

Rock-solid culture - great place to work

We do a lot of great work, for some fantastic clients. Great place to build your career in your early years and set a solid foundation for leadership later on. Credera tries very hard to make you comfortable, they hire the best people - and know they need to do what they can so the best want to stay. Staying with Credera in the mid-career, late-career requires some patience. The leadership has been slow to grow, the leadership:contributor ratio has declined every recent year. Benefits are so-so. Not an industry leader in this space for retirement/health benefits.
