The employees are great, the management side not so much.
Servicing Support Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJune 8, 2019
I would not recommend this company. Employees are disposable and not valued. Labor law violations occur. Recently there has been upticks in outburst in the work place and heavy odors of marijuana.

Not the best place to work full time
Debt Collector (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVMay 27, 2019
Started as a great place to work, however over the course of about a year you start to see everything go downhill quickly. You are promised a competitive pay rate and the ability to move up, and you watch as less qualified individuals are moved up quicker on a basis of their looks instead of their skills. You are threatened with being fired or demoted with no merit for it. Managers encourage not only competitiveness but hostility within the workplace. There is no sick pay, and if you call out for 3 consecutive days, you are fired. You are however told that you can be rehired in 30 days. The workplace itself is dirty. Air vents have not been cleaned in years. The only cleaning that happens is the trash is emptied nightly. Overall not a healthy physically or mentally environment. The schedule is unhealthy for the human body as well. 2 days a week at 5-2 or 8-5, 2 days at 11-8, and a quick turn around if you happen to work late shift Thursday to 8-12 or 5-9 Friday morning. Weekends are alternate with every other being half Friday half Saturday, the alternating weeks are a full 8 hour shift on Friday and the weekend off. However, the way the shifts are set, you only average 6 days off a month, if you choose not to work Sundays, if you do work Sundays, you have less than that off work a month.
Pros
Fellow employees outside of management are good to work with
Cons
Managers encourage a hostile work environment/no sick leave

Poor pay, terrible managers, fines that came off commission, drug and alcohol use at workplace, employees came in when they wanted. Always negative. Rarely positive. Terrible place to work.

If you can disconnect your human side and be harsh collecting bills, this is for you. If you have compassion for others, keep looking.Supervisors are learning as they go. No room for error

Great place to work and learn new things and you can grow within the company. Great work environment and coworkers are helpful. They offer training and one on one help if you have any questions about your job and help you be successful with the company.

This place does nothing but lie to your face and stab you in the back. It's a shame because I actually started off loving it there and then I started to see what they were really all about.
Pros
No micromanaging and half the people there are friendly

The pay is garbage
Collection Representative (Current Employee) –  Oldsmar, FLNovember 18, 2018
If you been on the job for 6 months and you have not hit your goal they will decrease your pay by 2 dollars an hour so not only the new employees are making bonus checks your not.. they have the dialer set up so that only new employees and employees that been there for 2 or more years are receiving all of the inbound calls from debtors calling in to pay their bill while everyone else are scrambling to hope to catch an inbound to hope it's from a letter
Pros
None
Cons
Decrease pay and no bonus

Memphis call center for credit control is awful
Collector (Former Employee) –  Memphis TnSeptember 28, 2018
lly awful. These are the same people that were there when they were the old company RAB and all they do is lie and so favortism. One of the supervisors is awful she is very unprofessional and she takes everything personal. It's only a few people that hit quota every month and those are the people that steal accounts. They state that they have an open door policy but they do nothing about the issues that you tell them about. When credit control bought out RAB they don't know the have of what they've gottent themselves into because until they get new management it's still the same company only a different name. Supervisors talk on their cell phone at their desk and it's just a very negative atmposphere. They hire back old employees that were fired from RAB it's just a complete nightmare.
Pros
Great Health Dental and Vision insurance

The management team has their favorites and only try to promote who falls in that class. Hard to advance with knowledge and dedication if you are not one in the class.

This job is all about collecting debts so there are not any office games. You come to do the job and go home, it is a very efficient work environment.

Friendly enough
Payment Processor (Former Employee) –  Hazelwood, MODecember 15, 2017
Friendly place to work. Small teams ensure supervisors aren't stretched too thin. When I had worked there, upper management was fairly disconnected. It was a very casual workand dress code environment unless the office manager was in a bad mood or they had a potential client.

In those circumstances the dress code became business casual, but then they never bright the clients any more than 10 feet onto the work floor before turning around to leave. HR was a hard to fill position, meaning they rarely had anyone there. When they did the HR person was hardly in their office to assist with anything.
