Server (Former Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – February 11, 2017
I worked here for abaut 3 months then i quit the manager i had was not a caring or good manager she was power hungry. The residents are nice well most but they are promised too much by corporate and they cant follow though with everything they were promised. I would not recomend anyone to work here its stressing and your treated like dirt, over all not a good experience and the dietary possition was always lacking interaction with each other and short staffed plus the pay was low for all the work they wanted you to do, i found a better job more relaxing and less stressing thats better all i can say is Creekview is not the place to be.
Management, employees with each other and pay and benifits are not the best
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – August 20, 2018
Management and staff disrespects CNA's and make up stories that residents have complained even though everything has been fine. They may do that to expect you to do better and better but its done in a very rude and disrespectful way.

When I started this place was good ,everything was according to the residents expectation, then the old management move on specially AL director and everything change ,now the management is so bad to much gossip a lot of favoritism, including with the directors, they don't care about employees , harassment from AL director to employees, employees are scare to speak about it because of been afraid to lose there job , employees argue between each other , I don't recomand this place to anyone , the residents are amazing but corporate promise a lot to them and never do what they say they was. Just to much drama in this place now .
Residents, Safety group

choose not to say (Former Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – September 12, 2017
this is a poorly run company with no room for advancement. This is their 4th community and still lack resources, organization, and structure. They have multiple "consultants" that all say to do things differently and leave employees little room make their own decisions.
fun to work at and job advancement, benefits, job security are a plus
Former employee (Current Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – May 19, 2017
Been Working here since it opened. There where a lot of hiccups, but with new management and engaging more with employee satisfaction, It's never been better. Hours are pretty flexible with personal life. Growth in the company is smiled upon. They even pay a small portion of education tuition. Residents are fun to talk to.
benefits, room for growth, advancement in the company
Took a long time to clear background checks, Lunch program
Terrible management, will allow harassment and slacking
Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – May 2, 2017
I lasted just two months here. The management had so many issues. Communication did not happen. The scheduler hardly spoke English. Residents were belittled if moved from the apartments to the SNF. For being such a nice and expensive place you should do better.
Easy hire, nice residents
Terrible management, poor communication, cna's harass each other
Assistant Administrator (Current Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – April 15, 2017
It is refreshing to work in an environment that puts team work and resident quality of life as the top priorities. The building is immaculate, but the customer service standards that we are held to here is even more spectacular. Ownership and management are very accessible if needed. I am lucky to be working at such a great community.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – Pleasanton, CA – January 31, 2017
Very unorganized place. Management sucks big times because they don't even communicate with each other at all. If the bosses don't like you, they will take you off the schedule without even consulting with you or solving out the situation. Always short of staff. They never give you raise, not even after 3 months probation.
Beautiful clean place to work.
Management always disrespectful towards other employees
Managers doesn't care about the well being of employees. They dont recognize good workers. The care for residents is not what they've promised.
Caregiver (Former Employee) – Pleasanton – September 1, 2015
Managers doesn't care about the well being of employees. They dont recognize good workers. The marketing staff are liars. They promise a lot of things for future customers. Its.not a good place for seniors.
