Be aware

Love the members that are apart of creighton Farms, one of the reason I liked coming to work. If it wasn’t for the members, I would of left a long time ago. Southworth company is very unorganized when it comes to day to day operations. Very high turn over rate. They talk about culture and change but always stuck in their past and old ways. Not a great place to work

Management prioritizes membership over all else. Don’t expect any help what so ever on anything. You will basically have to run the club yourself as outside operation. Head pros have a god complex and think you will do everything for them and will go out and golf at 4pm every day

Fun place to work

This was a great place to work for my first job. The staff was nice and the work was not difficult. The pay was decent at the time but you were not allowed to accept tips.

Great coworkers. Tough Job

Great people to work with/for. Often pushed close to 60 hours in a week, doing tough manual labor for event set-up. Customers could occasionally be tough, but for the most part knew employees very well and were extremely pleasant. Hardest part of the job was the hours. The food and beverage department was chronically understaffed. Real Estate and memberships were the primary breadwinners, so not a...
