Managers don't take you seriously. Never listen when you say something is broken and they won't spend any money to fix it, then get mad that you're spending extra hours and overtime doing everything by hand because the machines aren't doing the job to their standard.
Supervisor (Former Employee) – Ft. Belvoir, VA – October 23, 2016
This is a job good for a college student coming home for work. The work hours are ever changing depending on the work load for the night. The pay is good but like previously stated the hours may or may not be there. High turnover rate too.
Driver/hand (Former Employee) – Cambridge, OH – November 10, 2015
Worked 16-17 hours/days, hard to get days off. Learned the oil/gas business--how to lay liner, how the frack operated, how the drilling rigs operated, dangers/safety in the oil/gas field. Hardest part of job: working ridiculously long hours everyday. Company didn't want to give days off. Enjoyable part of job: traveling to different parts of Ohio, being home every night.
