A happy worker is a productive worker.Remove bad apples that are continuousley bringing company down, bring in people happy to have good job.Your bosses lead by example.
Anything to get the help they need will be promised. Then you find out you only got hired because they ran out of people to fire to save their own positions.
Know that if your 1min late, you might as well be 4 hours late. Don’t think you will be hired in directly, you will have to go through an agency making $3-8 less an hour than what they will pay you. But good for the agency. If you have an interview, that doesn’t mean you have the job. You will know at the end of the interview if you have the job . Just because you have friends or family there also doesn’t mean you have the job.
Background checks are done. If your honest and tell upfront what will come back...as long as you have a stable work history, you would still get hired
I worked at the Edgewood Md plant and you know its BAD when when your supervisor Greets you the morning with ANOTHER DAY AT THE SHITWHOLE!!
In Customer Service at the Midway plant, the majority of them don't speak to production floor workers and referred to them as "peasants." Sad because those "peasants" do the hard work while they sit in an office. Too much like a soap opera. Treat people according to skill set and as human beings, not putting them down or discharging them because they don't fit in a childish "high school clique."
