Often people apply in person and are offered an immediate interview. If hired and a background check is passed, training is
typically about two weeks.

I believe the company has been in business about 18 yrs and the owners are very involved and continue to invest in the company; two upgrades in the last three months are new computers and a new communications system, and they are looking into two newer trucks, so I'm pretty confident they are going to be around for a while.

CCT's healthcare insurance has three plans. Two plans are Aetna Mt. Carmel HMO's, one plan is an Aetna PPO. The coverage is excellent and covers Pharmacy, Doctors/Specialist visits, Urgent Care, Emergency Room, and Major Medical. CCT also offers vision and disability insurance.

Paramedics need an Ohio Department Of Public Safety Paramedic Certification, and ACLS. They also need PALS within 6 months of hire. All CE's, ACLS, and PALS are company sponsored.
