T.hink ther are sick days. You work and that is hwo you are paid
As a contract employee you do not get sick days unless you have been with the company for a year and have over 1500 documented work hours.
No sick leave
I took none- as none were needed. But I know they are flexible.
Call the on call supervisor to let them know you cant make it so they can find someone to be on staff for client.
