House Supervisor RN in Austin, TX
on May 27, 2022
Patients there need all kinds of help from medication to therapy. I loved serving that special group of people. Most coworkers are nice to work with. Job itself is easy. The most challenging part is the management. When you have certain issues it will take them forever to deal with. In the end, you feel that the only way is out. Lot of people quit from this place. It is hard to get people stay.
Supervisor Registered Nurse in Austin, TX
on August 19, 2022
This is a psychiatric home that serves mostly teens and young adults. Has about 5% geriatric population. It can be challenging and emotional sometimes to note what thses people are going through, but I feel better that I have something to offer to help them deal with their situations.
Music Therapist in Austin, TX
on June 13, 2022
Cross creek made me lose my love for my career. They are transphobic, burnt out and although they do what they can, the facilities are not sufficient for empathetic care and it is hard to see.
Housekeeping Supervisor in Austin, TX
on May 20, 2022
I would never work back at this place again! They don’t have it together at all. There’s more beef in the hospital than in the streets. No one gets along in there and it’s dirty!
Student Intern in Austin, TX
on May 9, 2022
They are very helpful since I was a student intern. I’m glad I learned from the therapist while I was there. I felt comfortable with all the employees at the hospital.
