Not alot of interaction with other employees. good balance in work/life

Toxic culture

Horrible toxic culture. Extremely high staff turnover. Asking questions gets a target on your back. Flex Time

In less than a year they have had two reductions in staff. Prior to, but especially since, the reduction in staff there was an increase in expected productivity and additional job responsibility, with little increase in pay. Productivity expectations are to the point of feeling robotic, with minimal support from management. Medical insurance is extremely expensive.
