Have more professionally trained administrative staff. Possibly look at the hiring of family members and consider the conflicts of interest.
If possible make Crossroads Hospice what it used to be. Bring back on day time on call staff, stop making nurses/stnas who worked all day work all night as well when on call, dangerous! We are now on call every 10 dys, too much

Please be proactive instead of reactive. Actually PLAN ahead so knee-jerk decision-making isn't the norm. A chaotic work environment breeds frustration, and eventually apathy. Many are becoming apathetic, and when the "good ones" get there, the company as a whole is in deep trouble.
