The inital phone interview was thorough and asked me questions about my passion for nursing and connection to hospice. They asked me really personal questions about my nursing philosophy and what value I will bring to the organization. I appreciated how thorough the phone screen was because it tells me that there are going to be great nurses working there for the right reasons.
