For the most part the environment is pleasant and upbeat. However, there are a lot chiefs and no real rules for certain staff members. There are only two minorities in management and no men in management, which means the management staff is not very well diverse. There are some very nice and wonderful people working there which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The office staff needs more time on their lunch breaks, minus the micro management of the executive director. Staff members need to have that time to breath after sitting at a computer and answering phones all day.
