Proud at first but now that I see how things are done I'm trying to move on. It's a shame because Iike the position. Management criticizes good employees. Pay is low for what they expect from you in return. No breaks. No help from management. It's a pity because this type of treatment center is needed but they put employees and patients after the holy dollar

They're going to continue to suffer as long as they keep the same terrible and most unprofessional directors there. The staff are used and clients suffer.

It varies with consideration of where and what specific duties are expected. I have stayed 21 hours straight with a patient, because that patient needed me.

Nope. All that happened is people got thrown under the bus and instead of trying to come up with a solution, everyone just got blamed. I don’t even know if they know what communication is.

6 hours per pay period, and they will refuse to let you use it and then won’t pay you. They will also fire you for a death in the family .
