Horrible work conditions, continuous forced overtime, if someone calls in u are forced to stay late. Have seen people pulled away from the time clock to stay late because someone called in. No balance between work and family, it's all work no time for family. It's hard to take vacation time because it's seniority based so if u don't have seniority you aren't getting your vacation you want, u are stuck taking vacation at times nobody else wants. U might be on 2nd shift one week then 3rd shift the next then 1st the following week then back to 2nd or 3rd shift, no balance and no stability. Good insurance but pay isn't what it should be, u can't trust anybody working there, they all talk about one another and will throw one another under the bus at any moment.
Production Line Operator in Bradley, IL

A typical day at work could be frustrating because not everyone cares about getting their job done right and sometimes the supervisor expects you to do another employees job. Management expects you to do as much or more than other employees. The hardest part of the job was dealing with employees that take long breaks leaving you to do their work. The most enjoyable part of the day was when we knew we produced as much as management wanted.

Most of the employees been here for a long time There's not much room for you to move up especially if someone doesn't care to much for you and will get you fired in the process.
Production Worker in Mankato, MN

This is a good place to work if you can handle doing the same repetitive thing for 12 hours. Can be hard on your body to begin with but you get used to it.
