I really enjoy working at Crowne Partners. I am a huge people person and love that I am able to provide great service everyday. The only negative would be the cost of health insurance.

No two days are alike and there is always something new to learn.

Job is great as far as versatility goes, flexibility to prioritize tasks. I wish there was more continuing education. It would be great if there were classes that were job related that we could be sent to. Work life balance can be a struggle when having to be on call for half the year. I wish there were more set standards for things and that they were clearly communicated. Health benefits are really expensive and coverage is not the best. I wish communities had a little more control over what happens in the day to day, as this can cause longer delays and confusion in communication. The rent concession is great. I feel sometimes the concessions can be held over your head though when talking about overall compensation.

Best Property Mgmt Experiance

I have worked in property management for 8 years and Crowne has been my favorite to work for. Great managers/regionals. Great company communication, benefits, and schedule. Overall very happy here.

Great company to work for and it’s flexible day to day .

This company has a very flexible work shift and they care about their workers having a good work and life balance. You get commission for your leases plus an employee discount for your apartment.

Family Like Environment

I have worked here going on 7 years, this has been the best work environment I have every worked in. We are all like a Family in the cooperate office. Our bosses realize we have families at home and understand that things happen and don't treat us only like a number. I have truly enjoyed working here.

Great Work Environment

I work as a groundskeeper at one of their properties in North Carolina. Every single person I work with here has exceeded my expectations in every way and continue to. They have all been very patient and helpful during my training and continue to encourage and guide me to success in every way possible. I have had a lot of different jobs before but I’ve never been in a work environment that comes close to Crowne in terms of management and coworkers. I am incredibly thankful and feel truly blessed to be a part of the team here.

Perfect work/life balance, good company

Hello! I have been at Crowne as an Assistant Community Director for 1 year now and love the high quality of housing and lifestlye we provide for our residents. Our team always has enough staff so there is never any stress about the work/life balance. I enjoy living where I work, no commute!

Great company to work for. More pros than cons

Let me start by saying this was probably the best job I had in a long time. I was welcomed with open arms and treated very well. It is in a nice quiet area and full of good people. I was hired on as a groundskeeper but was quickly promoted to maintenance, so if you can show that you want to work or at least want to learn and grow it will go a long way. This job was stress free for the most part but I suppose that's subjective. The units are modern and nice. We were never really behind on turns and work orders would get completed on a regular basis. On call was uneventful most of the time, except for beginning of summer and winter because of AC/Heating.Management was understanding and lenient when it came to attendance; If you have something you need to go to or an appointment, as long as you communicate within a reasonable amount of time there should be no issue. I will say now: I was let go because of my attendance, which was completely understandable and is entirely my own fault. There was no hard feelings and no drama when they let me go. This is my honest, personal experience of my time working here:Over all the actual place and the work duties were fine, but every work place has it's issues. I can't be too specific on events, people and places because of indeed's guidelines so I will try to stay vague about things to maybe watch out for if you're going to be working in the maintenance department:Attendance: make sure you're on time and make sure you're meeting your time requirements; If your co-workers leave early for the day, don't take that as a sign that you can -

Professional

Working with Crowne Partners I learned so much about leasing. When I first got the job I had no idea about leasing, but they gave me a chance, an I fell in love with being a leasing consultant. Crowne Partners and Crowne Polo have gave me to tools to further my leasing career.

Loved working here

I am about to relocate in a few months, but while living in one of Crowne Partner's apartment communities, I worked in their office as a part time leasing consultant. I have loved every minute of it! I have been very lucky to have been given the chance to work with incredible managers and gain great experience in property management.

Not professional

There is a lot of family members that work for this leasing agency. Therefore, non family members are handed down the blame for any negative outcome. Management is extremely biased. Very unprofessional.

I think Crowne Partners is head and shoulders above competition! I would recommend anyone looking for security and a positive work culture to inquire.
