If you were in charge, what would you do to make CRS Group a better place to work?
Improve opportunities for female advancement, Management needs to increase meaningful dialogue with recruiters.
I would sometimes think what I would do with the office space if I had a company and I would look around and think.. I would do exactly what was done to the office (projectors, HDMI cables that can be pulled out from center of tables, even the paint). The one thing I could think of is that if there was a meeting room that was rarely used, it would be a cool feature to have a trendy recreation room that could be for multi use (relaxation/power nap/prayer/recreation room). I am the kind of person who would never use it, but would want a place like that so I could encourage employees to feel relaxed in the office outside of the break room. It is essentially unnecessary, but that is what I would do. I can't think of anything else.
Having worked at other firms (before and since I left in December 2015), I can say at this point in my career that I enjoyed my time at CRS Group the most.
