Co-workers were friendly and easy to work with. The work was not hard just sometimes a lot to do. A typical day started at 8:30 and ended at 4:30. There was plenty of work to do to keep you busy through the day.
Activities through out the year
Breaks to walks if you desired too. Break room & snack bar area

Very poor management relies heavily on favoritism. Upper management is totally out of the loop. They promote an "open door" policy but then retaliate against anyone who speaks up. Promotions and advancements go to "friends & family" over the hardworking employees. Very hostile work environment.
Stable place and fun to work while getting the job done
WORKERS' COMPENSATION SENIOR CLAIMS SPECIALIST (Former Employee) – Plano, TX – November 15, 2018
A typical work day is fast paced, demanding and also rewarding. The people are great and made it fun to want to come to work daily. You constantly are given opportunities to increase your knowledge of your jurisdictions and assistance from other offices was always readily available.
My first position there was great! My boss was helpful and encouraging. My second boss was the complete opposite and made working there extremely unbearable! She would tell me 1 thing and then do the complete opposite while informing upper management. She was not trust worthy at all and was 2-faced.
You can Get away with doing very little actual work

Surfing the web all day long and frequently checking/using your personal cell phone are way too easy to get away with. No one knows any better, especially if supervisor is not there. So easy to slack off and remain employed!
IT Project Manager (Former Employee) – Morristown, NJ – March 19, 2018
Company went from amazing to not so amazing with shift in management at the highest levels. The one major positive is the mother company Fairfax and many wonderful people who work hard to make C&F a successful company.

Very poor management. Tremendous favoritism. Upper management does not know how poorly their managers are treating the employees. Upper management "believes" that there is an "open door" policy when in fact, if you speak to anyone over your managers head there is tremendous retaliation. Very hostile work environment.
Fair amount of PTO
Favoritism, too many friends and family, unfair hostile environment
