Sales Representative and Personal Trainer in Norman, OK
on August 3, 2021
You are forced to make an impossible amount of calls weekly, several of which get answered by people who have been called multiple times within that same week. Management is more concerned about avoiding members canceling at the front desk than actually compensating you fairly. Place is a joke. During training, they literally try to teach you how to scam customers as well. Your reputation is at stake if you sign up for this place.
Personal Trainer in Las Vegas, NV
on July 29, 2021
First crunch in Vegas and it’s run by a clueless business man. They’ve been open roughly 5 months and have yet to have an official grand opening. Got hired as a trainer and literally only had two clients the whole time I was there, so you’ll basically just get the very low hourly for your non session hours. It’s sad, it’s a great gym but just bad owners. The only reason I stuck around for so long is the staff that is there is some of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met within the fitness industry and i had worked at 24 hour fitness with some of the worst. So save your time.
Receptionist in San Clemente, CA

Decent place to work. Pretty straight forward as far as front desk goes. Laid back atmosphere overall. The hours weren't as flexible as I'd like but the job was pretty enjoyable and the people were generally friendly.

The GM that actually hired me was amazing. I wish he stayed with the company. He actually asked me the right interview questions. He asked about my experience working in a gym for example.

It was very quick. I was asked about my knowledge on accounting duties and ability to be personable. I was approved immediately for the job. I came back a week later to complete my paper work and got my employee number the following week.
