Assistant Manager in East Norriton, PA

Thoroughly enjoyed working the front desk. Management was easy to talk with, coworkers were great, and I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge and get creative with my position.
Master Trainer in Gainesville, Florida
on August 10, 2022
Very shady management and PT Director from my experience. Not a good enviroment for a Personal Trainer to build a client base. If you are a Personal Trainer, I would avoid Crunch Fitness. It is a crazy grind to get clients that involves selling overpriced training packages, unpaid hours working "events" and unpaid floor time. Better places to be a Trainer in most cities. 1/10. Front desk job seems cool though.

I was hired as a sub, but quickly was offered my own classes once they were available. Support to instructors great with a competitive pay for our area.

It's a good work environment. The staff is friendly. Job isn't hard it's very repetitive. Strong team work, skills you could gain. Beautiful memories

Interview Questions

The GM that actually hired me was amazing. I wish he stayed with the company. He actually asked me the right interview questions. He asked about my experience working in a gym for example.

They were making sure I was reliable, punctual and a team player.

Shared on March 15, 2018

It was very quick. I was asked about my knowledge on accounting duties and ability to be personable. I was approved immediately for the job. I came back a week later to complete my paper work and got my employee number the following week.
