I do not really have anything to say about this job. Management is poor. Compensation is poor. Benefits are poor. Overall rating I would have to say is poor.

assistant manager (Former Employee) –  orange countyAugust 4, 2016
The staff and in house management is amazing. Upper management is horrible. Staff stuck working 16 hours or more several times a week. Staff are treated like they are all replaceable. Upper management is very unprofessional yelling at managers and staff. The QI department has instructions to target staff and managers. Individuals in the hospital are left with no visits from staff or management for days and weeks at a time. Not a place to work if you have a life outside of work all due to expectations of upper management.
Pros
the relationship with individuals staff and house management

Okay to contact supervisor (Current Employee) –  Newburgh, NYAugust 1, 2014
Working one on one with adults with developmental disabilities in a group setting. Promote independent living skills and daily support by actively engaging individuals in community settings based off of person center plans. Ability to drive Agency vehicles and accompany individuals to specified locations within the community is a must. This position requires physical lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping as need to care for physically disabled adults.
