2 on 1, in their favor and at a round table so you feel more relaxed.

The first step is a 20-30 minute phone interview starting with basic questions to the more in-depth behavioral type questions. If that goes fine the next step is to take an online assesment. If your assesment went well then you will be called to come in for an in person interview. I was interviewed by 4 people at once and it was pretty intense. It lasted for about 45 min. One interviewer I could tell was there watching my reactions so they do see how you handle pressure. They will ask you behavioral type questions such as, "Tell me about a time you had to handle a unpleasant work-related problem and how was it resolved?", "why do you feel you would be a good asset to the company?", etc.
