Poor supervision, some employees have poor work ethics and are not disciplined for it because they are favored, always an excuse for them. Hard workers aren't appreciated. Upper mgmt doesn't even know what goes on.
2 months new class orientation is 2 days then 3 days of of a training class
Prospective employees are interviewed by an HR representative and members of the pharmacy staff and management. A final decision offer of employment will be given by the HR department and the pharmacy manager if the applicant is selected.
