A typical day at work is loading your service van up with the essential products needed to fulfill your customer ticket clientele. Management expects you to understand every facet of the position, but sometimes doesn't take the initiative to teach you what is automatically expected of you. The most enjoyable part of the position is customer service and interaction, which I totally enjoy and appreciate. The hardest part would be the conditions of the areas that you're delegated to frequent, regardless how poor the weather conditions may be.
