Everyone was really humble & nice but the management is horrible & no breaks are included. You work like a dog here and get decent money but I just overall wouldn’t recommend working here.
Cons
No breaks, no benefits

Housemen (Current Employee) –  Hamburg, NJMarch 27, 2017
I love the co workers and the bond we have but the management is poor and they treat you like you are of a lower class civilian. With out my co workers making times easier I would have left a long time ago
Pros
Friendly co workers
Cons
Don't get fed, no breaks, hours are trash

On weekends Elements is busy. I learned time management and how to work as a unit. The management was easy to work for and the most enjoyable part is the soundtracks and co workers.
Pros
discounts in and around the resort beautiful area
Cons
one hour away from the city

PREP COOK (Former Employee) –  Hamburg, NJDecember 7, 2015
A typical day would include prepping and preparing food for large scale events such as weddings and bar mitzvahs. I've learned to use my own creativity to create fruit platters and crudites. My co-workers were very pleasant and easy to get along with.
Pros
Free Lunches made by the chefs personally for you
Cons
the distance from my house to the resort
