This place sucks! The culture is cut throat and childish from top to bottom. You may find 1 or 2 decent humans there.

Crystal Stairs has the prestigious reputation of providing child care services, however, since working there, it's not the best place of professionalism. Since I've been here, the turnover rate is outrageous. Management appear unsupportive and the caseloads are ridiculous.

This is a start for experience and exposure and then move on to a better career with less work and appreciation for the work done for the community.

Crystal Stairs is an extension of High School from top to bottom. If you are not one of the popular (kids) or a brown noser, your work goes unappreciated and you will have no chance of advancement, even if your Performance Review reflects that you are a responsible employee. Professionalism is definitely lacking in some (most) of the company.
