There are good days when machines run good makes time go fast .
Days are interesting when you get different partners, everyone does things differently. The hardest part is standing for 12 hours.

I’ve been working at CSG for two months. So far I have to say not only are the benefits good but the management is very good. They treat their employees well. They listen to employees and care about your work. I’m very to be a part of CSG.
Pros
Incentives, vacation paid, good benefits and occasional free lunch providers

A LOT of overtime on top of 12 hour shifts is not a fun work experience

Standing for the entire shift

Short Breaks

30 mins unpaid lunch

Stressful

Could get better pay and work environment else where, potential employees beware

I worked at CSG International full-time

Pros

The only thing CSG cares more about than their employees is their ability to satisfy, if not exceed, the expectations of their clients

Cons

CSG's core technology is considered archaic. That said much has been, and is being done to ensure the older technology is not an inhibitor to their clients market needs.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. The recent reorganization will lead to a more focused and responsive organization. Change is never easy, but often surfaces a fresh perspective.

Difficult to have a home life.
Insert Operator (Current Employee) –  Omaha, NESeptember 14, 2015
Management lacking in non personal relations, HR is an extreme joke. Hours are hard on having a home life. Job itself is physically taxing.
