Senior Oracle/Sql Server/Postgres DBA (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – November 8, 2018
Work from home is the best thing about this company. It saved me lot of time from traffic. So I can concentrate on my work and learning new skills. The compensation and benefit is above average. I don't like frequent management change/turnover. Cross countries communications can be difficult sometime.
1. Telecommute 2. Good teamwork 3. Good salary and benefit 4. Chance to learn new skill
1. High management turnover 2. Low promotion opportunity
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) – Omaha, NE – June 14, 2019
Pros - The benefits are awesome - the best in the city, the vacation benefits are great, the pay is great. Cons - NO job is safe from layoffs, and some of the upper management is not open to anything new - they like things done like they have been getting done for 20 years. I loved working there and would go back in a heartbeat, the pros outweigh the cons to me.
Project Manager (Current Employee) – Omaha, NE – June 11, 2019
CSG has really looked for ways to improve the overall employee experience over the past several years. Leadership is really focused on the people and making life better for not just the company, but also the employees!
