I left Csl approximately 2 weeks ago for a more comfortable environment. When I first started on 9/13/17 I was a full time Medical Receptionist. I absolutely loved my job and considered this company grounds for career advancement. I mean 11am to 7pm 40 hours a week was not bad. Once the first Center manager transferred to another center, the place went downhill. First, it was required to be cross trained in another area without a pay increase. In the past employees had an incentive of a 50 cents per cross trained area. I was placed in the worst area where I cannot use my brain capacity. The lab. There is no testing... You process bottles all day. In addition, I did not get paid well enough to deal with the side effects of dry skin from the -38° freezer. I performed the same task with no music for 6 to 13 an hours a day. No thanks!

Slave labor for horrible pay, while being exposed to potentially infectious materials and fluids, and forced to work at unsafe speeds because half the other employees don't show up (they don't make enough money to care either way).

Lol, pay for cross-training and the extra responsibilities that come with being crossed-trained in another area of the plasma center that you are working at!! Also, pay better per hour if you expect people to have to stay up to 2 to 3 hours late after the center closes, because of some new donor walking in 5 minutes before center closes!! Plus, quit sending people home early and trying to say that management is trying to cut overtime if you are still allowing new do it's to come in and donate 5 minutes before the center closes!!

Terrible. Management and staff will have there schedule made about 2 to 3 weeks in advance which is nice. The start time is the only for sure thing. Best thing I can say is for your end time add 2 hours to it to be safe. So if your scheduled out at 4pm you’ll probably leave at 5pm to 6pm

Good. I worked my way up through a couple different departments and enjoyed each and their directors.

Bad for the industry, but most CSL”s are in low income areas so there rate of pay is good for the surrounding area.
