The managers of this company are that in name only. Their leadership skills are based on intimadation and massive smoke breaks. If you want a manager go to the back door. Take away cigarettes and food and you have 2 hours of dedicated work. The only time you see a manager on the floor is when corporate shows up. To bad corporate does not ask hourly employees what is going on. But making money covers up a lot of short comings. Turnover is high. Which leads to inconsistent service. Donors wait for hours. It is a good thing Telecris is worse.

Terrible. Management and staff will have there schedule made about 2 to 3 weeks in advance which is nice. The start time is the only for sure thing. Best thing I can say is for your end time add 2 hours to it to be safe. So if your scheduled out at 4pm you’ll probably leave at 5pm to 6pm
