Benefits from CTG are terrible. Especially medical insurance is horrible. Its tooo expensive and the coverage is only to the employee and children where spouse is not covered, 401K is a match ratio of what employee keeps. Its seriously not worth when compared to other companies in the Bentonville area. If you are a salaried, you might get couple days as holidays per calendar year where as if you are hourly, you won't get any benefit.
