Open store, wait until 11am to do 1st lock check and preform overlooks. (Customers that are 7 days delinquent) pick up trash, empty garbage cans, check vehicles (if your property has parking) Go to the bank before 11am each day. The company reimburses you for milage. Make collection calls. Take payments via walk ins. Handle customer issues. Generate new leases. Help with the Auction process if you are trained. (I was) you can NEVER cut a lock alone or enter a cube without a witness. Remain in the office until 4pm. That's when the 2nd lock check and possible lock removals are preformed. Always giving the customer a WOW experience and sell a lock and insurance with every new rental. Upsales increase your bonus.
