One of the causes of accidents/incidents in oilfield is due to fatigue. If you want employees to work and work without set time off or schedules or even rotation, you get poor service quality ,accident, high turn over rate,low productivity. Please CEO let your employees know their rotations /schedule from day 1.. ...if you have not had a major or catastrophic incident due to fatigue ....is just a matter of time.....Advise from a formal employee

Get competitive with pay scale and days off. Training is second to none, but don't expect to retain to tier 1 talent.
