Sometimes great. As of late, the environment is toxic. People are laid off because upper management plays favorites.

There is technically a yearly raise based on performance review, BUT at best it is almost what most places offer as a cost of living increase. As far as raises because you're an excellent employee and do outstanding work, not likely to happen.

I used to take pride in telling people that I worked there; not anymore. Long-term employees are being laid off and replaced with 20 somethings that don't have a clue what they are doing and end up leaving after a few months because that aren't trained and find a better opportunity for better pay.
