As Management, it was a very fast pace environment
I was in management in this position. I managed 10 telephone customer service representatives. I processed monthly payments, bank deposits. Also processed monthly computer reports. Assisted in scheduling installations of water treatment systems and bottled water deliveries. Culture was difficult at times. The customer service representatives would - more... try to bypass their phone rotation and it was my job to keep the rotation moving around fairly. That was probably the hardest part of this job.
