They asked me what animal I would be if I could pick any lol they asked about transportation and what hospitality means to you u was hired a hour after the interview it’s a 5-10min interview
The way management treated me. They would yell at me and then snicker about it to each other. Made me want to cry all the time. And would make me feel stupid for not learning fast
It is good it gets very busy but as long if we have the staff and their trained everything can run smoothly it isn’t that bad of a job and their are great opportunities along the way and great benefits to save for college. Also it will put you in situations that you haven’t thought about and how you can learn a lot and as long if everyone can put there effort it won’t be that bad and raises aren’t that bad.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Culver's? What are the steps along the way?
After submitting my paper application I was interviewed on the spot
How soon after orientation do you start working. For example I have it Thursday, do they usally start training the next day?
When you stop orientation do you start working the next day
The general manager i have is new, and does not seem like he wants to get to know his employees, which makes me feel uncomfortable around him. Since I know absolutely nothing about him and he knows nothing about anyone. As well as, management talking behind your back & the gossip/drama that happens around there.
