Simple, friendly. Part of the interview in person and part over the phone
The manager asked me the normal interview questions. Reliability, availability, experience if any. She also told me exactly what would be expected of me and also told me what task people found most difficult but assured me I would be trained well. The interview was pleasant and my manager was friendly and very professional.

Very simple, I showed up in my Fast Food Job uniform, as I had just come from there but it was like they knew they were going to hire me before I even got there. I can't remember anything particularly exciting about the interview. I was hired on the spot.
