Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Leominster, MA – June 14, 2019
No breaks were allowed except a brief 10 minutes for lunch or if you went out to smoke if business got a bit slow. I think the location I worked at had poor management compared to others but it was a bad work experience and not a company I want to work for again. They gave employee discounts and coupons which was nice but long days on your feet with not enough break time was too much for me.
It’s a fast paced environment with very toxic people working there.
Crew Member (Current Employee) – Davie, FL – July 18, 2019
I have been there for about 5-6 months at the time of review and I can safely say that it is not worth it. Low pay at just $10 an hour, and a toxic group of managers and workers who would rather be lazy than do their jobs. I don’t recommend going there unless you’re a customer.
Store Manager (Current Employee) – New York State – July 17, 2019
Cumberland Farms is what you make of it. If you work hard, toward a goal that you share with your supervisor, you can feel extremely successful. There is support for managers in every aspect of their role. It’s a tough job but well worth it for those who thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments.
