Terrible Management.
Managers would often blame employees for failing to meet their own goals and responsibilities, and would take credit for works their employees did. (Best example was sales goals, they would take all credit for meeting those goals, yet never touch the register.)

Cumberland Farms is a very challenging company to work for they want everything to be the way it is and you have to follow certain criterias it's not like a normal convenience store

Had fun working there employees are great, it was a great experience if I had a choice I would have stayed there I highly recommend working at Cumberland farms
