Unsafe, Chaotic Work Environment
Written by Employee (Former Employee) from New Kent, VA on June 11, 2018
The turnover is extremely high. It is not a safe working environment as the patients are extremely violent. The dietetic practices are in inhumane for morbidly obese patients. The diabetic patients aren't given enough tools and resources to make good nutritional decisions. The culture of management is cut-throat and there is no room for growth.
