Culture is okay believe it just depends on what department you work in. Upper level management acts as though they are being transparent but they really aren't. Everyone comes to find that out the longer you work there. Care more about shareholders than their employees. Benefits are okay. Who you work with can really make and break it for you here.

They work you so many hours and they don’t seem to care if you have time for your home life with family and being able just to have time to enjoy life!

You soon find out that “they” monitor your every move from teams and other programs. You are productivity rated based on how well you dance for your managers. If you like being a hamster on a wheel in a cage your employer watch’s you may enjoy employment there.

When I started FT 1st shift, I LOVED working here. The hours were long and the work was never-ending, but I still liked it. With time people begin to not like people (for medical reasons). The constant rumors and backlash for missing work became a lot to handle. Although some people would build you up, if you're lucky even your manager praises you. But the negatives out way the positives eventually. And being thrown to third shift because "everyone has to serve their time" really put the topping on the cake. Third shift, no life, and poor treatment ruined what I once loved in the beginning.

Overall a good company to work with, good benefits, but need to have a godfather to have job security. More and more, fire/layoff culture with quarterly results. Very Wallstreet driven company. Encourage diversity and sponsors H1B without any problem.
