A typical day at work consists of assembling engines based upon the information on your computer screen. Learned a lot about diesel engines, and how they function. Management is unfair at times, and there is a lot of favoritism toward certain employees. The workplace culture is fairly easy going and helpful. The hardest part of the job is never getting - more ... used to the rotating shifts, and sometimes the repetitive work can be hard on your body. - less
