A typical day at work would be helping customers over the phone all day. Its back to back calls. You are very much micromanaged. Tends to be a lot of drama that managers don't help diffuse. Its ok pay for a call center.

Fast paced. I learned to negotiate collateral protection insurance and different types of insurance coverage for various states. The workplace culture was professional. There was not a hard part of the job. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with different Credit Unions from various states. Also, I enjoyed traveling to different states.
