Truly a wonderful organization!Owners are local & involved in the day to day of the business. They genuinely care about their team & customers and show it by their actions.Compensation is above average and the insurance benefits are actually affordable. Leadership has an open door policy and are never too busy to help. Work environment is especially important to me and the culture as well as people I work with are great. When leaving work each day, I get to focus on family and leave work at work. I really can't say enough good things about working at this great company!

- taking a long time to get the day started to waste time and then doing tasks that aren't in your job description. - The management is not a trustworthy group of people.

Almost all of the low level workers are pleasant to be around

I've worked at this company for years. The office staff are helpful and attentive. I've not worked at a better company when it comes to family matters and their willingness to provide time to handle personal matters when necessary. The owners are very involved in the day-to-day work. Managers are approachable and have an open door policy.

Stocked kitchen with snacks, lunch foods and endless coffee supply; fun group of people

location prevents easy access to run errands on lunch

Not enough pay for the amount of work!

Good company all around.Insurance benefits are the best thing about the company! Other than that,The pay is very low considering the amount of work. Jobsite foreman didn't really care about our well being,Wouldn't give a raise like promised.I had a Friend who has worked here for quite a while now,Who has wayy more Experience than most all Foremans and Even the Engineers designing the sites.He struggles to even put food on the Table! Let alone, paying his bills etc. Working for such a great company like C&D, You should be able to not only Live a comfortable life,Your Family should be Thriving not barely surviving! This company has plenty of resources to provide their Employees with the Essentials they need to take care of themselves,Their health and Their families well being! Instead, At C&D, You live to work,Not work to live!

The hardest part about the job is dealing with the weather. hours is no problem, you will work 40hrs minimum a week. management is fun and cool to be around. you learn to operate anything you are willing to learn
